How to get facebook fbpixel ID?

in this short guide I will show you the way of how to get own facebook pixel id for conversion tracking purposes. Guide is dedicated to our fbpixel conversion tracking module for prestashop. I will show you here step by step how to generate conversion tracking code and where the pixel is, so you will be able to copy/paste it to module configuration page. 

How to get Facebook Pixel ID ?

Firstly it is necessary to create some advertisement on facebook ads manager and open section called "pixels". Open there section named "conversion tracking pixel (old)". and press "create pixel" button (screenshot above). You will see the popup with "create pixel" menu where in dropdown "choose the type of action you want to measure" select "checkouts" - and hit "Create pixel" button submit pixel creation form (see screenshot).

After form submit you will see popup with confirmation of pixel creation process. click there on button "view Pixel code". You will see there instructions related to installation of the pixel - but ther are not important for you. The most important thing is a "pixel code" section where you can see id of your pixel. Exactly as on screenshot below. Just copy this number (pixel id) and paste it to your conversion tracking module configuration page.
