PrestaShop upload file to order as an administrator

This is an example of new feature available in customer files upload module for prestashop. this feature allows to upload files to order as an administrator of the shop. Customers will see these files as files "marked" as an file uploaded by administrator module is available here: bit.ly/prestashop-file-upload-module
