Sometimes when your customers want to order products in your shop, they get "There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected" message. It's not a bug and to be honest - it isn't issue. It's normal comunicate and we can show you how you can fix this. You can check how this message looks below:
For the first, we must say why this message appears. So, it appears when you as a shop administrator don't configure countries list or dont specify the available carriers in your shop. How to configure it? We will describe steps below.
How to configure shop for fixing "no carriers" message?
For the first, you must configure "Countries" section in Localization tab in your shop. So, log in as administrator in your shop back office and open correct tab (we show it on image attached below)
You must select countries in which you want to sell your products. If you want to send products to other countries (not the same where you live and got company) you must also select them on list. You must click Enabled near the country where you want to send items. If you don't select - for example - Germany, customers from Germany will get "There are no carriers that deliver to the address you selected" information in 4 step (shipping) in order process. But it isn't all. You must also configure carriers section.
Configuration of carriers section
Open the shipping -> carriers tab in your back office, select carrier that you want to edit and scroll page to "Zone" section. You must select correct zones, where you want to send products via selected carriers. For example, if you don't select "Europe" in zones section - carrier that you edit will not be available in shipping step in order process - even if european countries are turned to on in Localization -> Countries section. So - It's important to select ZONES correctly.
