Dit is de eerste beschikbare gratis reviews-module voor PrestaShop 8.x, 1.7. De module heeft dezelfde functies als de standaard reviews (prodcutcomments) module die we in PrestaShop 1.6.x / 1.5.x hebben. De plugin creëert een speciale sectie op productpagina's waar klanten reviews kunnen lezen en schrijven.
Dit is gratis module voor nieuwe PrestaShop 8.x, 1.7.x en het creëert een functie om beoordelingen over producten toe te voegen. Als winkeleigenaar kunt u de module workflow configureren, afhankelijk van uw behoeften. Hieronder vind je de lijst met beschikbare functies in deze addon.
Multistore gereed
Module is klaar om te werken in een mutlistore-omgeving. Dit betekent dat elke winkel zijn eigen unieke opmerkingen, cijfers, beoordelingscriteria, rapporten enz. kan hebben.
GDPR-compatibel
Module is klaar om GDPR-regels te ondersteunen. U kunt de optie activeren om GDPR te ondersteunen. Hierna informeert de module de klant over het privacybeleid en moet de klant dit document accepteren.
ReCaptcha-beveiliging
Commentaarformulier kan worden beveiligd met reCaptcha v2-bescherming. Hierdoor voorkom je spamreacties die worden toegevoegd door bots etc.
Basisconfiguratie
U kunt de positie kiezen waar de module opmerkingen weergeeft op de productpagina (product footer / product tabs)
U kunt het minimale aantal tekens instellen dat moet worden gebruikt in de commentaartitel
U kunt het minimale aantal tekens instellen dat moet worden gebruikt in de inhoud van de opmerking
U kunt de gemiddelde beoordeling als "sterren" weergeven in de lijst met producten (onder de duimen van de producten)
U kunt GDPR-ondersteuning inschakelen (u moet het privacybeleid accepteren voordat de beoordeling wordt toegevoegd)
U kunt bepalen welke commentaarelementen worden weergegeven op de productiepagina (beoordelingsdatum, auteur, titel, inhoud en gedetailleerd cijfer)
Reviewscriteria
Module voor het toevoegen van opmerkingen over producten. Daarnaast kun je criteria voor beoordelingen definiëren. U kunt zoveel criteria toevoegen als u wilt en deze koppelen aan specifieke producten of producten uit categorieën. Hierdoor kunnen je producten verschillende cijfers krijgen.
Reviews wachten op goedkeuring
Zoals u al weet, kunt u met deze module de functie inschakelen om de beoordeling te valideren voordat deze zichtbaar wordt. Op de pagina Product bewerken vindt u een gedeelte waar u de beoordelingen ziet die wachten op goedkeuring. Je kunt de beoordeling goedkeuren of verwijderen.
Gerapporteerde beoordelingen
Winkelbezoekers/gasten of klanten kunnen beoordelingen rapporteren. U kunt de rapporten bekijken op de configuratiepagina van de module en het rapport verwijderen (rapport weigeren) of het rapport accepteren - de module verbergt dan de opmerking.
