Deze Prestashop-module stelt je klanten in staat om elk bestand te uploaden bij bestellingen die zij in je winkel plaatsen. Als winkelbeheerder kun je hun bestanden beheren en downloaden.
De Prestashop-module "Customer files upload" is een add-on die uw klanten de mogelijkheid biedt om elk type bestand toe te voegen voor hun bestellingen die in uw winkel worden geplaatst. U - als winkelbeheerder - kunt de geüploade bestanden beheren via het Prestashop backoffice. U kunt ze downloaden naar uw eigen harde schijf, en ook met één muisklik verwijderen van de server. Dit module is zeer nuttig voor zowel de klant als de beheerder.

U kunt aangeven hoeveel bestanden uw klanten mogen uploaden, bijvoorbeeld door de optie te kiezen om:
- Zoveel bestanden te uploaden als de klant wil
- Het aantal bestanden gelijk te stellen aan het aantal producten in de winkelwagen
- Een door u gespecificeerd aantal bestanden voor de gehele bestelling toe te staan
- Klanten te verplichten bestanden te uploaden; als een klant geen bestanden uploadt, wordt de mogelijkheid om een bestelling te plaatsen geblokkeerd
- Klanten te verplichten evenveel bestanden te uploaden als het aantal producten in de winkelwagen (aantal bestanden = aantal producten)

Vanaf versie 2.3.6 heeft het module de optie om uploads van admin / klanten te accepteren of te weigeren. Daarnaast kunnen klanten of beheerders toelichtingen toevoegen via een speciaal commentaarformulier.
E-mailmeldingen
Het module biedt de mogelijkheid om e-mailmeldingen in te schakelen - u kunt instellen welke soorten e-mails worden verzonden. U kunt inschakelen of uitschakelen:
- E-mailmelding voor de winkel eigenaar wanneer een klant een bestand uploadt bij een bestelling
- E-mailmelding voor de winkel eigenaar wanneer een klant een bestand uploadt naar zijn account
- E-mailmelding naar de klant wanneer de winkel eigenaar een bestand uploadt bij de bestelling van de klant
