With this module you can disable free shippingt to selected countries. Module to identify origin of customers uses cart delivery addres. If customer will be from country that you can point on module configuration page - the free shipping option willl not be applicable to deluvery methods available to this country, but to others (not selected countries) the free shipping will be available.
As we already described this this module you can offer "free shipping" to selected countries only. Module checks origin of visitors based on cart address feature. If country of customer will be a country that you can point on configuraiton page of this plugin - the free shipping option will not ba avilable. If delivery address will point country that is not checked on addon configuration page - the free shipping will be available during checkout.
