In PrestaShop you can configure shop to display prices tax included or excluded depending on country but only for registered and logged customers or for guests that filled out address form in cart. When unlogged visitor visits your shop - you can't recognize customer country, so also you cant decide what price (tax incl. / tax excl.) they will see. This module changes it.
