Tämä PrestaShop-moduuli mahdollistaa CD-avainten / lisenssien myynnin verkkokaupassasi. Lisäosa lähettää automaattisesti coupon-koodit asiakkaille heti heidän tehdessään tilauksen, joka on merkitty "cdkey / lisenssi" -tuotteeksi. Se on monityökalu, jota kutsutaan myös lisenssivälykoodien hallintajärjestelmäksi.
Kuten jo mainitsin, tämä on PrestaShop-moduuli, joka on lisenssiavainten hallinnan työkalu. Tämän lisäosan avulla voit myydä cd-avaimia. Monimutkaiset moduuliasetukset mahdollistavat lisenssien hallinnan todella kätevällä tavalla. Yhdellä hiiren klikkauksella voit tuoda tuhansia lisenssejä, hallita niitä, aktivoida, poistaa jne. Moduulin ominaisuudet
Tämän PrestaShop-lisäosan tärkein ja perusominaisuus on lisenssiavaimen automaattinen toimitusprosessi. Moduuli lähettää automaattisesti cd-avaimet asiakkaille, jotka ostavat tuotteita, jotka on merkitty "lisenssiksi" (liittyy koodiryhmään). Lisäksi moduuli sisältää paljon muita ominaisuuksia, jotka tekevät hallintaprosessista kätevän ja intuitiivisen.
Moduulin peruskonfigurointi
Lisäosan konfigurointisivulla voit määritellä tilausten tilat. Moduuli lähettää lisenssiavaimen vain, jos tilauksen tila on yksi valituista tiloista. Yksinkertaisesti sanottuna moduuli lähettää cd-avaimet vain, jos tilauksen tila on esimerkiksi "maksu hyväksytty" tai "tilauksen loppuunkäsitelty" jne. ( katso kuvakaappaus ). Moduuli sisältää ominaisuuden valita asiakasryhmiä - nämä ryhmät saavat kupongin automaattisesti. Jos asiakas ei kuulu valittuihin ryhmiin - moduuli ei lähetä / lisää lisenssiavainta heidän tililleen - sinun on tehtävä se manuaalisesti (loistava ominaisuus huijausten estämiseksi)
Tuotepakettien tuki
Tämä on ainoa saatavilla oleva moduuli, joka mahdollistaa työskentelyn tuotepakettien kanssa. Kun otat käyttöön mahdollisuuden tukea tuotepaketteja (moduulin määrityssivulla) - lisäosa tarkistaa, onko ostettu tuote paketti. Ja jos on - moduuli tarkistaa tämän paketin tuotteet. Jos tuote liittyy cd-avaimen ryhmiin - moduuli lähettää cd-avaimen asiakkaalle.
Yksilölliset sähköpostimallit jokaiselle cdkey-ryhmälle
Jokainen cdkeysryhmä voi käyttää erilaista sähköpostimallia ja sähköpostin otsikkoa. Tämän ansiosta voit personoida sähköpostin toimituksen jokaiselle cdkey-tuotteelle.
Yksilöllinen sähköposti jokaiselle cdkey-tuotteelle
Moduulissa on työkalu nimeltä "email templates manager", jolla voit luoda uusia sähköpostimalleja, joita voit käyttää cdkey-tuotteille. Tämä tarkoittaa, että jokainen cdkey-tyyppi, jonka myymäläsi lähettää, voidaan lähettää käyttämällä ainutlaatuista sähköpostimallia!
Työkalun asetusten tuonti
Moduulin etu, joka tekee siitä erittäin hyödyllisen ja mahdollistaa paljon ajan säästämisen, on ominaisuus tuoda cdkeys. Tuontityökalun asetukset mahdollistavat lisenssien määrittelyn ja myös tiedoston määrittelyn. Row delimiter on csv-tiedoston määrittely, jossa määritellään symboli, joka erottaa koodit toisistaan. Column delimiter on CSV-tiedoston määritys, määrittelet tässä symbolin, joka erottaa määritysarvot toisistaan. Active - tuotu lisenssi on aktiivinen tai ei. Moduuli lähettää vain aktiiviset lisenssit.
Tuontityökalu
Koko tuontiprosessi perustuu CSV-tiedostoihin (esimerkiksi excelistä). Näissä CSV-tiedostoissa voi olla tuhansia koodeja. Riittää, että lataat tämän tiedoston moduuliin (moduulin konfigurointisivulla on erityinen lomake tällaisen tiedoston tuontia varten). Sitten riittää, että klikkaat "import to database". Moduuli hoitaa loput ja säästät paljon aikaa :)
Lisenssiavaimen hallinta
Moduuli luo uuden kohdan back office -valikkoon. Löydät sieltä uuden elementin "lisenssiavainten hallinta" ( katso kuvakaappaus ) . Voit hallita lisenssiavaimia siellä. Voit luoda uusia lisenssiryhmiä ja liittää ne tuotteisiin kaupassasi. Tämän yhdistämisen perusteella moduuli lähettää cd-avaimet asiakkaille. Voit lisätä uusia lisenssejä, viedä niitä ja tarkistaa, kuinka monta lisenssiä on myyty. Voit myös selata luetteloa myydyistä lisensseistä yksityiskohtineen (kuka osti, mikä on koodi, tuote jne.)
Myytyjen cd-koodien historia
Tässä moduuliosiossa näet, mitä koodeja olet myynyt ja kuka ne on ostanut. Tämän osion avulla voit määrittää koodit manuaalisesti asiakastileille ja lähettää koodeja sisältäviä sähköpostiviestejä uudelleen. Voit myös muuttaa moduulin ostaman koodin määrittelyä (esimerkiksi voit muuttaa cdkey-koodia täällä)
Tuotteiden varastojen automaattinen päivitys
Yksi moduulin hienoista ominaisuuksista on tuotteiden varastojen automaattinen synkronointi. Moduuli päivittää automaattisesti tuotteen varaston moduulin tietokannassa käytettävissä olevien cdkeys-tietueiden perusteella. Moduuli päivittää varaston aina, kun joku ostaa cdkey-tuotteen tai kun päivität ryhmän asetukset (lataat uudet cdkey:t tietokantaan)
