Este es el primer módulo de reseñas de productos gratuito disponible para PrestaShop 8.x, 1.7. El módulo tiene las mismas características que el módulo de revisiones estándar (comentarios de productos) que tenemos en PrestaShop 1.6.x / 1.5.x. El complemento crea una sección especial en las páginas de productos donde sus clientes pueden leer y escribir reseñas sobre sus productos.
Este es un módulo gratuito para el nuevo PrestaShop 8.x, 1.7.x y crea una función para agregar reseñas sobre productos. Como propietario de una tienda, puede configurar el flujo de trabajo del módulo según sus necesidades. A continuación, puede encontrar la lista de funciones disponibles en este complemento.
Listo para multitienda
El módulo está listo para trabajar en un entorno de varias tiendas. Esto significa que cada tienda puede tener sus propios comentarios, calificaciones, criterios de revisión, informes, etc.
Cumple con GDPR
El módulo está listo para admitir las reglas de GDPR. Puede activar la opción para admitir GDPR. Después de este módulo, se informará al cliente sobre las reglas de la política de privacidad + se le pedirá que acepte este documento.
Configuracion basica
Criterios de reseñas
El módulo permite agregar comentarios sobre productos. Además, puede definir criterios de revisión. Puede agregar tantos criterios como desee y asociar estos criterios con productos específicos o productos de categorías. Gracias a esto, sus productos pueden recibir varios grados.
Reseñas en espera de aprobación
Como ya sabe, con este módulo puede habilitar la función para validar la revisión antes de que sea visible. En la página de edición del producto, puede encontrar una sección donde verá las revisiones que esperan su validación. Puede aprobar la revisión o eliminarla.
Reseñas reportadas
Los visitantes / huéspedes de la tienda o los clientes pueden informar opiniones. Podrá obtener una vista previa de los informes en la página de configuración del módulo y eliminar el informe (denegar informe) o aceptar el informe; el módulo ocultará el comentario en ese momento.
