2. By purchasing products from us, we suppose that you read and agree to our terms and conditions.
3. By accessing or using our website,  using our services, modules, templates and any other kind of software for which we have got rights, however accessed, you agree to be bound by these terms of use. 
4. If you do not agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use, do not access or use the Service.

1. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited.
2. All copyrights and other intellectual property rights in and to the software are owned by us.
3. We are the copyright holder of all software sold on this website.
4. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any products without our permission, is strictly prohibited.
5. You are not allowed to use any part of our code in whole or part of any other software or product or website.
6. Refunds, support service and bug fixing service are not available to violators of copyright.

License Policy

1. Each single license for every product (both modules and templates) in our shop is strictly limited to one owner;
2. As an owner of the license you can use module in your stores as long as these stores are your (or your company) stores;
3. If you want to use our products in your customer shops (for example you are developer) - each your customer must have own license
4. You are allowed to modify and change as much as you'd like in the code

It is strictly forbidden to:

1. Reselling and redistributing our products.
2. Removing "MyPresta.eu" trademarks from any place in the code is strictly forbidden, in free modules also.
3. Copying code and changing module name to duplicate addon and its features to create new addon

Support & updates policy

1. We offer one (1) year access to free updates of any software that you paid for in our store.
2. We also offer one (1) year free support time, which mean that we can fix bugs and help you with software that you bought.
3. After one (1) year you can extend your access to updates with 70% discount

The following cases are not a part of free support service:

• Errors caused by PrestaShop core modifications
• Incompability with your PrestaShop store engine version (we always inform in which versions of PrestaShop module works)
• Errors caused by module files modification
• Errors caused by improper webhosting service setup
• Errors caused by incompability with other addons you have got installed in your shop

Free modules

As you probably noticed we offer also free modules. We don't offer individual support for free modules, we will not reply for private emails related to free modules support. If you need help related to free module - create own thread on prestashop official forums, or on cart-help.com forums. We provide free help there, also for free modules.

Refund policy

1. Only ready-to-use software that was not personalized, developed for individual usage of the customer can be a subject of refund
2. Personalized digital software can't be subject of a refund since it was developed for an individual purpose of the customer
3. We return full paid amount within seven days from refund request

Notification of Changes

We reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. Changes to our term and conditions will be published at this page.
