This PrestaShop module streamlines customer support by enabling administrators to quickly and easily log in as a customer directly from the back office "Customers" list. A dedicated button added to the customer list facilitates one-click login, seamlessly redirecting the administrator to the storefront as the selected customer. This allows for efficient troubleshooting, order verification, and a better understanding of the customer experience.
