Cart discount based on cart value

see module

This module enables dynamic cart-based discounts through configurable value thresholds. Set tiered discounts, such as 2% off for cart values exceeding €500, and 5% off for carts exceeding €1000. This allows for incentivizing higher order values with progressively greater discounts.
