Target search stelt u in staat om producten nauwkeuriger te vinden. Met deze plugin kunt u definiëren waar het module naar zoekt, bijvoorbeeld alleen in productnaam, alleen in productbeschrijving, alleen in artikelreferentienummer, alleen in de naam van de fabrikant, alleen in de naam van de leverancier, etc.
Zoals je al weet kun je met deze module de functie "doel" toevoegen aan de zoekfunctie. U kunt definiëren wat voor soort gegevens u wilt onderzoeken om het product te doorzoeken. U kunt bijvoorbeeld de optie selecteren om overal te zoeken (zoals standaard in de prestashop blokzoekmodule), u kunt alleen zoeken in productnaam, beschrijving, referentienummer of zoeken op naam van fabrikant of leverancier. Deze module kan een goed alternatief zijn voor de standaard zoekblok addon.
