To jest pierwszy i kompletnie darmowy moduł kometarzy o produktach w PrestaShop 1.7. Moduł posiada te same funkcjonalności jakie posiada jego odpowiednik w PrestaShop 1.6.x / 1.5.x. Moduł tworzy specjalną sekcję na stronie produktu gdzie Twoi klienci mogą przeczytać oraz dodać swoją ocenę i komentarz.

Kryteria oceny
Oprócz tego, że moduł pozwala dodawać komentarz o produkcie (w postaci treści), to pozwala również na utworzenie kreyteriów oceny. Produkty mogą mieć globalne kryteria do oceny, np. jakość, czas realizacji oraz unikalne (dedykowane dla konkretnych produktów lub produktów z wybranych kategorii).
Lista komentarzy oczekujących na publikację
Jak już wiesz - masz możliwość zaakceptowania komentarzy przed publikacją. Proces moderacji odbywa się na stronie konfiguracyjnej produktu gdzie znajdziesz listę komentarzy. Jako właściciel sklepu masz możliwość zaakceptowania komentarza, możesz go również usunąć - wówczas nie zostanie opublikowany.
Zgłoszenia
Odwiedzający sklep mogą zgłaszać komentarze. Wtedy - na podstawie listy zgłoszeń możesz wymoderować komentarz raz jeszcze.
