I dont see new editor after installation

As you already know - TinyMce pro module for PrestaShop - applied extended editor automatically to your shop. If you dont see new editor immediately after module intallation - this means that your browser remembers old tinymce pro javascript file. So it's a matter of cache.

Solution to the problem

Solution for this problem is very easy. Just clean your browser cache! Then go to page where you should see editor. The editor will be available then. Below instructions of how to clear browser cache (for most popular browsers).

Google Chome

1. Open Chrome.
2. On your browser toolbar, click More .
3. Point to More tools, and then click Clear browsing data.
4. In the "Clear browsing data" box, click the checkboxes for Cookies and other site and plug-in data andCached images and files.
5. Use the menu at the top to select the amount of data that you want to delete. Choose beginning of time to delete everything.
6. Click Clear browsing data.

Mozzila Firefox

1. Click the menu button (three lines) and choose Options.
2. Select the Advanced panel.
3. Click on the Network tab.
4. In the Cached Web Content section, click Clear Now.
5. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you've made will automatically be saved.
